Long Covid Walk and Talk Group

In addition to our 1-1 Long Covid Support Service we are pleased to be offering a Long Covid Walk and Talk group.

Starting at 9.30am on Wednesday 9th March at Hicks Lodge, the group walk will offer the opportunity to seek advice from our Covid-19 rehabilitation trainer Laura, plus share experiences with others in a similar situation

The walk will also be taking place on the following dates:

  • 23rd March
  • 6th April
  • 4th May
  • 18th May
