NEW Counselling Service

At Hospice Hope we know that being diagnosed with a life limiting condition can be a huge shock and change your life dramatically. We are here to help you and can provide free, confidential counselling for you and your loved ones at any stage of your journey.

Sometimes it can be hard to talk to family and friends and at Hospice Hope we can provide you with a trained professional who will:

  • provide you with a safe space to talk about your feelings
  • be non-judgemental (no matter what you say)
  • help you make sense of things and understand yourself better
  • help you resolve complicated feelings, or find ways to live with them
  • help you recognise unhelpful patterns in the way you think or act, and find ways to change them (if you want to).

To find out more about this service or to book an appointment please contact Linda Mould or call 07516 505421.

In conjunction with our new counselling service, Hospice Hope has also put together a list of charities and organisations that provide services and advice that may be useful to you if you are concerned about your mental health or that of someone you know: signposting
